In 1983, a temp agency sent Don MacInnis to Record Technology Inc. (RTI) on a three-day assignment and he never left. He and his wife purchased the company from founder Bill Bauer in March of 1992. RTI has grown into an around-the-clock operation producing over four million units per year while maintaining it’s reputation as manufacturer of vinyl record pressings of the highest quality. The company also provides metalwork (nickel masters, mothers and stampers) to pressing plants worldwide.
