Knut Schlinger startet at MusikWoche in 1999 as a member of it’s editorial staff and is nowadays working at the trade paper as senior editor. Before joining MusikWoche Knut worked at record store Das Ohr in Münster, which won the very first retails partners Echo trophy, and as a freelancer for a music and entertainment magazine. He holds a M.A. in Literature, History and Politics from the WWU Münster.

MusikWoche is a B2B trade paper covering all aspects of the music business with a focus on the german music market. Founded 1993 by Entertainment Media Verlag in Munich MusikWoche is nowadays published by Busch Group. MusikWoche is run by a small but dedicated team.
