Joined  EMI Records engineering staff in 1953 and eventually became:  Factory  Manager,  Director – Production, Distribution and Studios and finally, Director International Operations before leaving in 1979 to set up Musitech Ltd offering consultancy, galvanic processing services and a range of galvanic equipment.  As vinyl declined there followed a period  of consultancy in various industries worldwide leading back in 2000 to EMI’s Hayes base and a brief to set up and manage the last of EMI’s vinyl equipment for its new owners, Vinyl Factory. In 2017 retained by Takt, Poland to assist with new vinyl plant.
