Before starting his companies theConspiracy and Echo Designlab, Sean Mosher-Smith served as Vice President/Creative Director for Virgin and Capitol Records, overseeing all artist global imaging, packaging and branding and creative direction for both Labels rosters. Throughout his 20+ year career, Sean has worked with numerous notable artists including Iggy Pop, Lenny Kravitz, ThirtySecondsToMars, Rolling Stones, Gorillaz, Courtney Love, Christina Aguilera, ZZ Top, KT Tunstall, Dave Matthews Band, Janet Jackson, Beastie Boys, Tori Amos and Joss Stone to name a few.

After leaving Virgin/Capitol, Sean Mosher-Smith opened Echo Designlab and has worked with brands and companies such as Remy Martin, Google, Virgin, Sony, Burberry, Sirius Satellite Radio, Nickelodeon, Victoria Secret, Johnson & Johnson, Warner Brothers, Universal, Sephora, ESPN XGames and Kyocera.

He has served as Creative Director for entertainment marketing firm The Sloan Group launching award winning global campaigns for Iceland Spring, Verizon and MTV.

Sean’s work has appeared in Communication Arts Photo, illustration and Design Annuals and featured in their Exhibit column, HOW Magazine’s International Design Annual, Creative Quarterly, Print’s Regional Design Annual and PDN Magazine. His work has been published in iDN Magazine, Hong Kong, various global books on design and illustration and he has been named one of the top 200 illustrators worldwide by Archive Magazine 2 years in a row.
