Spencer Drate and Judith Salavetz have designed for 25 Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame inductees. Their designs have been included in MoMA, AIGA and The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame archival collections and major museum and gallery shows. They have authored 21 pop culture books, including “Designing for Music,” “45 RPM” and “FIVE HUNDRED 45s.” Spencer has been a five-time GRAMMY judge on the album packaging committee in NYC. Spencer was nominated for a GRAMMY in album packaging in 1979 for co-designing with Talking Heads “Fear of Music” album package. Drate and Salavetz are curating “The Vinyl Cover Show” planned for 2019 in a major NYC gallery.
