A passionate music loving 17 year old Tanzy will be eternally grateful to RCA Records for taking a Youth Training Scheme student into their Production department.
For 2 years she absorbed the departments craft before moving on to work with EMI Records in varying fields of Production, Manufacturing, Commercial and Trade
Marketing, a touch of Licensing and Compiling but predominant focus was Print Production and Packaging.EMI enabled Tanzy to take her production knowledge to another level. After 18 privileged years of working with some of the finest artists, designers, managers and
suppliers a new opportunity arose. Tanzy joined St Ives Multimedia to manage print and packaging production for a variety of music and gaming clients. Well! What a shock that was, sitting on the other side of the fence – the client now having authority over the position she used to command. Karma!
The culture on a print factory floor is an ocean away from the culture of a record company and adjustment was tough but it has been one of Tanzy’s greatest teachers
and invaluable to her understanding the numerous aspects that must be considered when producing a specialist product.

5 years on and dusting off the factory floor Tanzy moved into the middle ground at Key Production, a well-respected, well established independent purveyor of everything
she loves. Tanzy is in the enviable position of really knowing how to sit between client and supplier to deliver results on both sides.
7 years in, still learning and sharing her knowledge with the growing family.
When not working Tanzy enjoys mantra, meditation and her 10 Share Sessions – your friend comes for dinner but has to bring 10 tunes (vinyl only) to share in the Knowledge
and Vibes (any Soul Classics from the 70’s and 80’s win a prize)
