Terry Cole opened Plaid Room Records in 2015 with his younger brother, Bob. Cole has been surrounded by vinyl his entire life. He financed his undergraduate and graduate degrees by selling records on eBay from 1999-2006 and started his own soul-centric record label in 2007, Colemine Records.
