By purchasing a ticket to a Making Vinyl event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Nonrefundable and Nonassignable Tickets:
All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nonassignable. Transfers or resale are prohibited without the express written permission of Making Vinyl or Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC.
Unauthorized attempts to assign or transfer a ticket will render it void without refund.
Event Modifications or Cancellations:
Making Vinyl and Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC reserve the right to modify or cancel the event for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”).
In the event of cancellation or significant modification, Making Vinyl and Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC may, at their sole discretion, issue refunds or credits, excluding administrative fees. No other compensation will be provided.
Liability Waiver and Limitations:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release and hold harmless Making Vinyl and Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC from any liability for losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to financial losses incurred for travel, lodging, or other arrangements.
Under no circumstances shall Making Vinyl or Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
No Guarantee of Participation or Attendance:
Admission is subject to compliance with event policies, security requirements, and other rules. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
Force Majeure Clause:
“Force Majeure” includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemics, and similar circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Making Vinyl or Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC is headquartered.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration venue shall be in the State of Florida, within the county where Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC is headquartered.
You waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review event updates and comply with any policies or requirements.
Making Vinyl and Colonial Purchasing Co-op, LLC reserve the right to update or amend these terms. Continued use of your ticket constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
